Presumably you’ve been to the Newtown Festival before, what’s your favourite memory? My favourite memory would be three years ago when I lived on Australia St and could hear the festival from the shower! The atmosphere in Newtown on festival day is always electric, and people party on well into the night. That's my cleanest answer ;)
Lots of suburbs put on festivals, but Newtown Festival is always particularly huge - why do you think that is? Newtown certainly garners a reputation as the big local festival. People really love Camperdown park, it's such a great place to hang out any day. So I think that combined with local stalls, food and music it's a real winner.
Favourite spot at the festival to chill and watch the world go by? I always loved the La Toosh stage! Lots of my friends' bands would play on that stage, and it looked so great! I always managed to find a good spot to hang there.
What would be your entry into the dog show? My drummer, Miles. His coat glistens and he's a great listener. He looked like taking out gold last year till there were some issues in the subsequent urine test.

What is it about the Inner West that inspires so much creativity? I think the Inner West, especially in my time living here, is an attractive place to be an artist. A strong sense of community has always been an imperative asset of a local creative scene, and there's certainly a number of great circles that collaborate with one another.
Of all the food stalls on offer at the Festival, what do you reckon is one we should definitely check out and why? I love Yulli's brews and consequently, their veggie restaurant on Crown Street is bloody fantastic! I'm not a vegetarian but that place has my vote any time of the week!
When and where are you performing on the day? I’ll be performing early on the main stage!
