How did you get into the barbecue business? I'm from a country city in Brazil, and that's what we do on the weekends, and sometimes weekdays as well. When I came to Australia back in 1999, I started working in many different BBQ kitchens around Sydney.
What's your signature dish? [I] don't have just one.
Can you let us in on what you're bringing to the BBQ Wars? We're bringing a lot of love and passion for the food we'll be cooking.
Which bands/artists are you keen to catch at Meatstock? Not sure who's playing...
If you could feed any band/artist playing at Meatstock who would it be and what would you serve them? We would serve them everything we'll be cooking, because they deserve [it]!
What else are you looking forward to at Meatstock? Having a ball and learning with the other teams and cooks.
