2016 has sucked. Hard. Sure in the history of years that we've been taking notes, there's been plenty of worse ones. But fuck, man. And we're not even talking about just the large scale stuff. I don't really know anyone that's had a great year. Pretty much everyone I know has had a supremely shitty year for any number of reasons. Be it intimately personal ones or because they love Snape from the Harry Potter movies. It has fucking sucked.
John Oliver knows this, and took a camera out to ask every day citizens why their year sucked, before inviting them, along with a bunch of your fave celebs, to hurl abuse at 2016 before Oliver himself blows up a big sign of it.
If you've also had a shit year, trust me, your soul needs this.
