What’s the song about?
It’s about ending things with someone and being all messed up in the head about it.
How long did it take to write/record?
It’s been kicking around for a while, about two years! We play a lot of soul stompers and party songs so it was awesome to do a kickarse power ballad.
Is this track from a forthcoming release/existing release?
We’ve just released the single with its B-side Love Addict online, with pre-order for the limited edition 7” on Bandcamp. It is our first release in a while so we are super excited!
What was inspiring you during the song’s writing and recording?
A deep, black hole of sadness and hopelessness. Like put your heart in a blender sad. Joel from Bodies was a big inspiration when I was howling the second verse!

Do you play it differently live?
We haven’t played it live yet! We stay pretty true to the recording, but who knows what will happen when we debut it at our launch!
