HANDSOME's new video for Save Some Love with make you feel things and probably cry

A beautiful song gets an equally beautiful video, directed by HANDSOME herself..

More Handsome Handsome Profile

HANDSOME is far and away one of our favourite Aussie acts right now, for reasons we detailed pretty clearly when we first covered Save Some Love a few weeks ago, so today's focus goes on that track's wonderful new video clip. An exercise in helping people love themselves, the song and clip's message comes from a place of deep loss, which we'll let HANDSOME explain: "Dedicated to my cousin Russ, who took his own life towards the end of last year - a generous and loving man who always gave so much to others, he lacked enough to to keep his own demons at bay. Coming out as a gay man in his 40s, he struggled with acceptance and support from key people in his life, including himself. He left us with a very strong message, and that was to make sure you live your life with true authenticity.

"Save Some Love paints the picture of shining a little bit of light in someones darkness, and illustrates that even the smallest of gestures can be enough to remind someone that they are not alone."

Beautiful doesn't even seem like a strong enough to describe this whole thing, so just the watch the video and if you're lucky enough to live in Sydney or Melbourne you can see her debut headline shows at the end of the next month (dates down the bottom).

UPCOMING SHOWS:

Thu 26 Apr - Lansdowne Hotel, Sydney
