To coincide with the single release, Melbourne outfit The Great Emu War Casualties have unveiled the quirky music video for the The Australian Parma Crisis, premiering on theMusic.com.au today!

Working alongside producer Callum John Barter (Courtney Barnett) and mastered by Pete Maher (The Killers), the video adopts a Groundhog Day theme and follows the "everyday mundane routine of being in your twenties".

“The concept speaks to the notion that we get so used to drifting through life, allowing things to fall into place instead of taking an active part in the process," The Great Emu War Casualties' Max Rawicz told The Music.

"We can get stuck in this almost Groundhog day-style loop where every day feels the same until something forces us to grow and change.”

The Australian Parma Crisis is just the first taste of new music to come from the indie pop band, with three more singles to come, as well as three live studio sessions.
