How did you get together? I joined the band last year when a friend told me that I should go try out for this band. Before that the band had been together for a few years with various line-ups.

Sum up your musical sound in four words?  Loud, hard, fast... loud!

If you could support any band in the world – past or present – who would it be? We’d all have different answers to that: Shaun’s Black Sabbath, Gordo’s Kiss, Matt’s The Bronx and mine is The Clash.

You’re being sent into space, no iPod, you can only bring one album – what would it be? If I could only have one album it would have to The Clash – London Calling. It’s got a bit of everything for me.

Greatest rock’n’roll moment of your career to date? The first time I went south with boys and everything that could go wrong did; we lost a van, had to hire a car to get home but we still got to play two great shows and made it home.

Why should people come and see your band? If you want honest, no frills, working class, hard hitting, high energy music than Flannelette is definitely your band.
