EXCLUSIVE: Ross Henry - The Deep (Acoustic)

To coincide with the release of new track The Deep, up-and-coming artist Ross Henry is also dropping the acoustic music video for the song, which you can view here exclusively on theMusic.com.au today.

Quickly garnering a reputation for his beats, the Sydney producer's new offering takes on experimental electronica-pop while showcasing his incredibly vocals (which can also be REALLY appreciated in the new film clip, FYI).

"The Deep sits on a peak between the earliest of mornings and latest of nights," Henry says of the track.

"Working strange hours and a few different jobs, I was never present. Then I’d walk home at night, and everything would become so vivid and otherworldly. Slow stillness, no one around. I was exhausted, but finally awake.

"Overall, The Deep attempts to grasp at an ephemeral sharpness within the sedated mundane."

Already a regular fixture on the Sydney live music scene, Henry will officially launch his new song at Rare Finds #18 to take place on Friday, 19 August at the Oxford Art Factory.
