If you needed proof that you don't need anyone but yourself to keep occupied in the desert — here it is. Brissy folk outfit Moski Jo is exclusively premiering their clip for Oldest Friend today with theMusic.com.au and it's… quite a watch.
Directed by Jaymee Watkin, it's a bizarre — to say the least — clip in which Moski Jo finds himself at odds with this mirror reflection, smushes an orange against his butt and knee (we don't even know) and eats dirt, all while in his budgie-smugglers.
Though his eccentric dancing serves to amuse, confuse and make you wonder what the hell you just watched, Moski Jo notes, "Body image and mental illness are difficult things to deal with when you're growing up. Keep on keepin' on, you'll be ok soon."
They'll be releasing their debut album on 11 September, having worked with ARIA-winning mixing engineer, Magoo.
