MewIt's been five years since Danish band Mew have released a record, so TheMusic.com.au are very excited to bring you the exclusive sixth studio album from the alt rockers, entitled +-.
It may be a new sound but the old lineup is back, as all four members have reunited, including bassist Johan Wohlert who returns after leaving the band in 2006.
The ten-song record kicks off with lead single, Satellites, as lead singer Jonas Bjerre matches his airy falsetto vocals with the rock sound all too familiar from the European outfit.
With the album time reaching just under the hour mark, it's not surprising to see how the boys have evolved their music over their 21 year career, as they range from alternate rock, indie and pop seamlessly throughout.
Be sure to keep an ear out for Kiwi songstress Kimba who leads the vocals on The Night Believer as well as providing back ups for Water Slides and Interview The Girls.
