EP PREMIERE: Tanya George – ‘Normality’

Powerful and evocative melodies lead the charge on Tanya George’s new EP.

Premiering today via The Music, Normality is comprised entirely of vocals, something that George never thought she’d do.

"I would have been super confused if someone told me so a few years back,” she said.

“I couldn’t afford to buy new instruments so I decided to just focus on the one I permanently had on me; my voice! That’s how this all started. I never practised, I just walked out on the streets with nothing to lose using my vocal range to create the sounds, harmonies, beats and lyrics I needed to make songs.

“Just goes to show that even from nothing, you can make something. Plus, I still haven’t bought any new instruments!”

Normality is officially out tomorrow.
