How many releases do you have now? I have three releases now.
Was anything in particular inspiring you during the making? This EP was inspired while touring extensively in my fire engine. Working in the studio with Jeff Lang, who produced the album, and Ben Franz (The Waifs) on bass was also very inspiring and fun.
What's your favourite song on it? The first track, Little Southern Girl. It's like a nostalgic truck driver with questionable morals.
We'll like this EP if we like... Gillian Welch, Jason Isbell, The Waifs, Jeff Lang.
When and where is your launch/next gig? The Perth launch is at Four5nine on Sunday 14 October, with Elwood Gray, Dan Howls and Grace Armstrong supporting.
