EP Focus: Childsaint

EP title? Sick

How many releases do you have now? This is our first! (Unless you count the first amalgamation of Childsaint’s unofficial bedroom demos). 

Was anything in particular inspiring you during the making? The heat. We recorded in (producer) Rob’s house over the summer. There was lots of beer and sweat, and taking breaks on the front porch watching the sun set – that’s definitely inspiring.

What’s your favourite song on it? Bury Me – we had a lot of fun with it and I think it turned out better than we anticipated.

We’ll like this EP if we like... Sharon Van Etten, Warpaint, Kurt Vile, Batrider, lo fi and sad grrls.

When and where is your launch/next gig? Our EP launch, 19 Sep at The Bird (yay!)
