How did you get together? Chris and I are brothers and played across different band for years, we were given E-man’s number from a friend. We picked him up pretty much from the airport when he came in from England.
Sum up your musical sound in four words? Energetic, progressive, melodic, dynamic.
If you could support any band in the world – past or present – who would it be? Supporting Tool would be amazing! Assuming I could get over being star struck and talk to them…
You’re being sent into space, no iPod, you can only bring one album – what would it be? Well NASA would have to change their policy on interstellar music, ‘cause I couldn’t exist without Sound Awake by Karnivool, the entire Pink Floyd and Tool catalogues and some Tom Waits. CDs aren’t heavy...
Greatest rock’n’roll moment of your career to date? We were lucky enough to play four shows with Twelve Foot Ninja. Jamming with and getting to know the guys was such an inspiration. They unknowing changed our entire direction. Such humble guys redefined the new Cause In Affect.
Why should people come and see your band? We’ve invested all our time and money and we’ll give you whatever we have left on stage.
