Short description of your band and your music: Bridging the worlds of roots, sou, and reggae, Buckman Coe is a passionate believer in the power of music to shape a brighter future. His sun-kissed folk-reggae, gospel-tinged soul, intoxicating world-beat melodies, and a psychedelic pop sensibility all play a part in providing the sonic platform for Coe’s socially conscious lyrics.

What are you hoping to achieve from showcasing at BIGSOUND? I am hoping to have my mind blown first and foremost. From there I hope to meet great people in the Australian music industry, and impress as many people as possible with our high energy soul and reggae music. I hope that we are able to begin booking festivals and tours in 2015.

Why should people come and see you from amongst the many cool bands at BIGSOUND? Folks should come see our band if they want to hear music with a really good groove, incredible vocals, and a message that gets to the heart of things. Our music is a natural blend of all the soulful music that we love and is concerned only with inspiring and uplifting the spirit. We are equally comfortable with making people dance as we are making them reflect on the oneness of humanity.
