Give us a short description of your music We make pop music through an alternative lens.
Which acts are on your must-see list at BIGSOUND? Heaps of awesome WA acts like Lucy Peach, Dulcie, Jack Davies & The Bush Chooks are performing, but also looking forward to discovering some new acts from the east coast!
Why should people come and see you among the many amazing bands at BIGSOUND? We can probably cram the most amount of songs into our 30-minute allocation because a lot of our songs are less than three minutes?!
What music trends do you think are dominating right now, and do you have any predictions for the coming year? I think there will be a shift back towards song rather than sound and production. Sound and production are the clothes and songs are the heart/soul. Deep.
In your career to date, what have been the key watershed moments? Probably the most affirming thing for me was when Neil Finn said he liked our songs. Neil is like top five people I would listen to about songwriting.

What industry lessons would you like to take away from the BIGSOUND conference? I'm keen to get to know more about where people see industry trends going. It's hard to imagine what the internet world will look like in ten years.
What do you identify as the most pressing issue impacting the Australian music industry at present? Mental health.
What is the best bit of advice you've been given to prepare for your time at BIGSOUND? Don't party too hard on the first night.
