The feted Bunnings Sausage Sizzle is an Australian icon. If you're not walking around their giant warehouses for hours to scared to ask someone where something is, you're out the front tucking into a sausage on the barbie.
One Australian man has circumvented the 'walking around Bunnings part' with a drone, sending it in to pick up a snagger for him. Bloody adorable and super Australian right? Not so according to the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), who've seen the video and pointed out that it violates a shitload of drone laws: "Drone flyers must understand the rules are contained in the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations and there are penalties of up to $9000 for proven breaches."
So kudos to this bloke, and we're sure that whatever he ends up getting fined, some equally legendary person will set up a GoFundMe that we'll all get behind to help pay 'em off.
