Section 8 and the Hangi boys are celebrating all things Kiwi with Hangi Jacks - a celebration of kiwi food, music and beer on Sunday 31 July.
Their blend of traditional and modern Maori fare includes Hangi - the traditional method of cooking food on hot rocks in an underground pit - and many other classic dishes such as kumara chips, fried bread and steamed pudding and seafood chowder which will be served from 12pm until the food runs out. Pre-ordering on their website is advised! They've also got an all-Kiwi line-up on the day featuring Jesse Jahmal, Float and Jellyfish.
