A Gazillion Angry Mexicans chat new album 'Blood Rainbow' ahead of launch show this weekend

A Gazillion Angry Mexicans just launched their sophomore album 'Blood Rainbow' on Friday, March 18th. With a 4 year gap between releases, members Sam & Jimi talk about how why there was such a great time between the releases & how this album workout out a little heavier.

'Blood Rainbow' has some wonderful vibes. It caught me a bit by surprise how much I just wanted to slow down & appreciate the music instead of wanting to thrash around and mosh. It's clear from the very first listen that all members are incredibly talented. The album has a great opening track that builds into an explosive few songs. It then feels like you hit reset by building again & the second half of the record is explosive all over again. It's like 2 mini albums in one!!

The standout track for me was 'Purgatory' & when asked to pick their fave song, Jimi & I had the same favourite!
