The 2025 Australian Women In Music Awards Ceremony and Concert will be held this October in Brisbane.

The AWMAs have kickstarted a #NominateThem campaign - entries are open until Friday, 30 May.

"Sarah McLeod is a rock legend who represents the very best of what we need to see reflected," said Australian Women In Music founder Vicki Gordon.

The Brothers for the Sisterhood panel, which the Oztix founder spoke on, was described as a “downward train wreck.”

The Superjesus singer Sarah McLeod said: “The Awards help lift and recognise the talent and hard work that occurs on stage and behind the scenes. Nominate yourself or your friends. We want you in.” 

The iconic pop and country artist is being inducted into the AWMAs Honour Roll for 2023.

“Honestly, AWMA in itself is nothing less than a miracle.”

The 2023 Australian Women In Music Awards occur in Brisbane on Tuesday, 26 and Wednesday, 27 September.

Jessica Mauboy, Sarah McLeod, Kate Ceberano, Beccy Cole, and Vika & Linda are just some of the names on the impressive list of finalists.
