New Music: Stwo - Eden (Omniment Remix)
Omniment’s remix of Eden is a serious kick-back-and-relax tune.. In recent weeks there have been a flurry of producers remixing Stwo’s Eden, and following MUTO’s effort last week, his and now Omniment’s re-work have really stood out. Omniment being no stranger to Pilerats with a remix Godwolf’s See It Through premiering on the site last year. Omniment’s remix seems to embody the connotations of Eden with the airy vocals and majestic synths, and despite lacking any clear-cut lyrics it still manages to strike a chord with its raw nature, complex layering and emotive intro. And it doesn’t sit on a normal plane, but transcends it with the innocent nature of the instrumentals. Follow Omniment: FACEBOOK / SOUNDCLOUD

New Music: Stwo - Eden (MUTO Remix)
Fast-rising Australian MUTO producer drops a fiery new remix.. Australian-based producer Miles Davidson, better known under his beat-making moniker MUTO, is no newbie when it comes to remixes. His recent remix of Justin Timberlake’s What Goes Around Comes Around has clocked over two million plays on his Soundcloud (we covered it in our 5 Under 500 a lil while BACK), and his remixes of Azealia Banks’ Chasing Time and his latest touch-up, on Stwo’s slow-burning Eden, are just as flame-emoji worthy. Eden, Parisian producer Stwo’s latest tune, is amazing in its own right, with soaring synth work, march band-like percussion and impressive vocal loops combining to create an absolutely impressive slow-burning jam. However, MUTO’s remix does the impossible by taking it to the next level, adding a deep, yet simple, breakdown packed to the brim with heaving bass and percussion loops, and goes to a few different places whilst remaining a certain flow that is, put simply, bloody great: Follow MUT

Guest Selectors - Pomo & Sango
Five tracks each from the much-hyped tour buddies.. Before we begin this excursion into the minds of the about-to-kick-off-their-first-Australian-tour duo Sango and Pomo (joined by Stwo - deets HERE), let me first apologise for the photoshop effort above. I'm sure Sango isn't a tiny human compared to Pomo, but I do kinda like how they're looking at each other. We asked them each to give us five tracks they're vibing on at the moment, and as was expected from the eclectic beatsmiths, their selections are varied and awesome. Enjoy them below and skip down the bottom to see where they're playing on a tour that kicks off tonight in Adelaide: SANGO The way the production compliments the verses is amazing. The tempo is prefect. It has this bounce to it. Just the whole track is heavy. I was in the car with Atu and Dpat, and they showed me this song and I was just blown away. The singing is hard to make out, but it fits. The quirkiness of the the song is what makes it so interesting. Such a go
