Melbourne's "ultimate 1930s party band" The Furbelows' have shared their own version of 'Teach Me Tonight'.
It's a jazz classic and now Melbourne's "ultimate 1930s party band" The Furbelows' have shared their own version of Teach Me Tonight.
The group have recently been joined by new vocalist Brooke Russell following the departure of founding member Kelsey James last year. Russell joins vocalists Miriam Crellin and Georgie Darvidis, guitarists Jon Delaney and Sam O'Halloran and bass player Tom Flenady.
Teach Me Tonight has been recorded by everyone from Frank Sinatra to Aretha Franklin to Amy Winehouse since it was first published in 1953 and for The Furbelows' cover they've opted to record the video live from Thornbury Primary School in Melbourne's inner north.
The Furbelows have a show coming up at the Paris Cat Jazz Club. For all the info, check out theGuide.
