"He's a legend in my eyes, and so is J-Lo. It's a true honour to reunite them..."
Having already worked with Justin Bieber, Aussie DJ, Kronic (Luke Calleja), is about to seriously put his stamp on the US market, having featured in two songs of US rapper Pitbull's brand new album, Climate Change.
Calleja produced and co-wrote the tracks, Sexy Body, featuring Jennifer Lopez and Dedicated, featuring R Kelly and Austin Mahone after being personally scouted by the artist known as Mr Worldwide.
Speaking to The Music, Calleja, who is now based in LA, said Pitbull heard about him after listening to a track he produced for another big US name.
"Pit heard the track I produced for Lil Jon, Bend Ova, and invited me to spend a few days with him on a writing retreat," Calleja told The Music.

"We bonded over beers and started crafting the album from there."
He continued, "When I started my career as a hip hop DJ in Adelaide, Pitbull was a staple of my sets.
"He's a legend in my eyes, and so is J-Lo. It's a true honour to reunite them for Sexy Body."
While he describes working with Pitbull as a "truly unique and inspiring experience", Calleja also revealed that he co-wrote Dedicated with rising Aussie artist Xavier Dunn in what is being described as one of the album’s stand-out tunes.
If that news wasn't already big enough, Calleja is still coming down from the high of having his 2015 collaboration with Far East Movement and Savage, Push, used in the trailer for the upcoming Fast & The Furious film, which premiered to over 100 million viewers during this past January's Super Bowl.
As well as working on projects with the likes of Bieber and Pitbull, Calleja is currently working away in the studio on his debut album.
The first single from the LP, Rendevouz, is a collaboration with Grammy Award winning writer Leon Thomas and is due out on 31 March via Sup Girl Records.
Climate Change is out from today.
