Sydney rockers Gang Of Youths are eyeing off the top debut on this week’s ARIA Albums chart, with their MTV Unplugged (Live In Melbourne) LP prime for a top 10 placing.

It’s not surprising the album is set for a high debut, given the response to their MTV appearance and subsequence screenings both on Foxtel and cinemas in Sydney and Melbourne.

They’ve been unstoppable since the release of their second studio album, Go Farther In Lightness, debuted at #1 in Australia last year, this week being honoured in Melbourne with a mural to celebrate a record they broke in the city.

Meanwhile, the soundtrack to the Queen biopic, Bohemian Rhapsody, is set to move into the top 3 as the film hits cinemas tomorrow, while their Greatest Hits and Platinum Collection will also move up the carts.

Currently in the country on a huge Aussie stadium tour, Taylor Swift’s music is expected to move up the Albums chart, with Reputation primed to crack the top 5 and 1989 also moving up.

The tour influence continues, with Post Malone’s Beerbongs & Bentleys set to move back into the top 10 as the buzzing rapper announces extra Australian shows.

Other notable album debuts are expected from Andrea Bocelli’s Si (top 15), Robyn’s Honey (top 15), The Kingdom Choir’s Stand By Me (top 25) and David Campbell’s Baby It's Christmas (top 40).

Over on the Singles chart, you can expect new music from XXXTENTACION, Lil Pump, Maluma, Pink and Ava Max, while Halsey looks to break into the top 5 with Without Me and Post Malone and Swae Lee’s Sunflower aim to crack the top 10.
