ZHU Tops ARIA Club Chart

Enigmatic US electronic music producer ZHU has topped the ARIA Club Charts this week with Faded.

The track has brought Peking Duk's seven-week run at the top of the chart to an end.

With Australia now the biggest market for ZHU, Faded has already peaked at three in the ARIA Singles Chart.

In a rare interview with triple j, ZHU last month said he would tour Australia soon – as a tribute to this being the first territory to allow him to cross into the mainstream.

Whether or not ZHU can hold at number one for more than one week is yet to seen. Biggest threats come from fast-movers Born To Rave by Holland's The PartySquad with Melbourne's Rob Pix (up from 12 to 6) and Everybody Together by Van She's Nicky Night Time (up from 28 to nine).
