A great chance to see the modern funk masters in an intimate setting.

Australian audiences have had plenty of chances to witness the incredible lived show that New Orleans funk masters Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue bring to the table, but few opportunities to see them in as intimate a setting as the show they have just announced for lucky Sydney punters.

The band are back in Australia for performances at Bluesfest as well as theatre shows in support of the Tedeschi Trucks Band, but they have just this morning announced that they will be playing a one off headline date while they are here as well, at Sydney's Blue Beat on East Monday.

Take a look at what the live show is like here, though do remember that there's just no way you can replicate the funk gets into your body when you witness them performing live.
