Tina Arena is taking her new album, Love Saves, on tour across the world, announcing dates for Australia, the UK, Europe, and the US today.

Australian fans can see Arena perform this October, with the tour beginning at the Perth Concert Hall (8 October) before taking to the outdoor stage at HOTA on the Gold Coast (13 October), Melbourne Town Hall (20 October) and Adelaide Festival Centre (21 October), following the already announced Sydney show (7 October) at Night at The Barracks.

Tickets to Arena’s Australian tour go on sale at 9 am local time this Friday, 9 June, via Tina Arena’s website. If you’re interested in getting tickets early, the pre-sale begins on Thursday, 8 June, at 10 am local time.

Arena announced the release of Love Saves, her first album in almost eight years, two weeks ago. The album announcement arrived with a pair of singles, House – you can watch the music video which premiered yesterday below – and Dan Sur La Glace, the French version of Dancing On Thin Ice, which she previously performed on a national tour in 2021. The English version will also be released soon.

Finding peace and comfort in music, Arena explained about her new album in a statement, “Like many of us, I retreated inwards during the pandemic. I found solace in music.

“I processed my feelings the only way I know how – through my art. From rock bottom, I ran the gauntlet of human emotion. I faced my own demons, emerging [on] the other side transformed, triumphant, renewed and at peace. Remember, be brave, be vulnerable and love saves!”

Love Saves will be released on Friday, 14 July, and serves as Tina’s seventh all-English studio album, her first album of original material in almost eight years, and her most personal album to date.

“Love can uplift, and save us when we need it most. My hope for the Love Saves World Tour is to reach out and remind us all that we’re not alone,” Arena said in a press release.

Tina Arena’s new album represents a re-birth - a musical journey of her life during the pandemic, a renaissance of sorts. You can experience that renaissance in theatres across the country this October.
