The beloved UK trio return Down Under this September

More London Grammar More London Grammar

Revered UK trio London Grammar will grace our shores once more in the wake of their immiment second full-length, Truth Is A Beautiful Thing, lining up five shows around the country this September.

The band will ride into some pretty damned impressive venues along the way, including Fremantle Arts Centre, Melbourne's Margaret Court Arena, the Sydney Opera House and Brisbane's Riverstage (as part of Brisbane Festival's curated marquee concert event).

It's not been that long since the band were last in the country — they played Falls Festival over the new year — but London Grammar and Australia just can't seem to get enough of each other, each of the band's three prior engagements on local shores garnering massive acclaim since their first trip back in 2013.

The band will announce their support on Friday 16 June, the same day that general-release tickets go on sale at 9am.

Just ahead of that, at 8am on Thursday 15 June, there will be a pre-sale via Secret Sounds. See below for the full list of dates.

Truth Is A Beautiful Thing was produced by the multi-award-winning Paul Epworth (Florence + The Machine, Adele), as well as Mercury Prize nominee Jon Hopkins (Brian Eno, King Creosote). The album is a fitting reflection of the band's majesty and ambition, having worked on it with Greg Kurstin (Sia, Beck), Tim Bran and Roy Kerr, and featuring appearances throughout from the 32-piece City Of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra.

The album will be released tomorrow, 9 June, via Dew Process/Universal Music Australia. Pre-orders are available now.
