LANY Reveal 2024 Australian Tour Dates

American pop-rock chart-toppers LANY have announced their return to Australia in support of their new album, A Beautiful Blur.

The group’s fifth album was released on 29 September and debuted at #4 on the ARIA Albums Chart. LANY – vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Paul Jason Klein and drummer, percussionist and sampler Jake Clifford Goss will bring A Beautiful Blur down under in June 2024.

Beginning the tour at Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Wednesday, 19 June, LANY then head to Perth’s HBF Stadium on Friday, 21 June, Adelaide’s Hindley Street Music Hall on Sunday, 23 June, Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on Wednesday, 26 June, Melbourne’s Margaret Court Arena on Friday, 28 June, and end their run in New Zealand at the Auckland Town Hall on Sunday, 30 June.

Two pre-sale options will be available this week – the LANY pre-sale opens on Wednesday, 15 November, at 2 pm local time, followed by the Secret Sounds pre-sale opening on Friday, 17 November, at 3 pm local time. Sign up here to access pre-sale tickets.

LANY last toured Australia in May 2022 with special guest Sasha Alex Sloan. Catching them at Margaret Court Arena, The Music reviewer Michael Prebeg watched on as Klein exclaimed to an enthusiastic Melbourne audience, “It feels so good to be back. This is the best city in Australia!”.

Prebeg wrote, “They continue to keep the energy levels at a steady high. Klein demonstrates incredible showmanship and strong stage presence by running laps and even diving into the mosh pit at one point before making his way through to the lower seated area to sing amongst the excited crowd stage left.”
