A number of NZ artists band together for a great cause.

More Flight Of The Conchords More Flight Of The Conchords

We've been hoping for an on-screen reunion since they left our TV screens in 2009 and though there is talk of a Flight Of The Conchords film in the works, this is probably the next best thing.

The popular duo made up of Jemaine Clement and Bret McKenzie have reunited for a brilliant cause along with a slew of other famous New Zealand personalities, including Sir Peter Jackson and even Rhys Darby (to really set the FOTC nostalgia in) in a bid to fight batten disease.

The hilarious skit is followed by a brand new song entitled Team Ball Player Thing which includes performances from some of the country's biggest names including LordeThe Naked & Famous, Broods, Savage, Kimbra, The Feelers and many more.

The new song aims to also inspire New Zealand's All Blacks rugby team as they prepare for the upcoming World Cup competition and all funds and donations raised from those who purchase the song will fund research into the treatment and cure for batten disease.
