Sultana just keeps on kicking goals.

More Tash Sultana More Tash Sultana

Like 2017 wasn't already a ridiculously-massive success for her, Tash Sultana is rounding out the year with news that she will play to a record-breaking crowd in Melbourne this week.

The Music can exclusively reveal that the 22-year-old's concert at Margaret Court Arena this Thursday night will crack the venue's biggest-ever attendance record for a local or international act.

The record comes as a massive coup for Sultana who, as early as last year, was playing to rooms with capacities of 150 people and has since sold out shows across the country, as well as the US, Europe, Mexico and Canada.

There'll be no slowing down in 2018 either, as Sultana will spend six months touring overseas with some of the shows already selling out well ahead of schedule.

As well as dates at Sydney City Limits and Bluesfest, Sultana is also slated to perform at the 2018 South American Lollapalooza alongside names such as Red Hot Chili Peppers and Pearl Jam.

Sultana is set to release her highly-anticipated debut album in mid-2018.
