Our Aussie Acts Are Climbing Up The US Charts

Locals land on big charts.

After making her debut on the UK charts just last week, emergent Sydney artist Starley has now cracked the US market with her single, Call On Me.

The talented singer's track has just made the cut on the Billboard Hot 100, coming in at #99, after it debuted at #89 in the UK and peaked at #45 in the ARIA Singles chart. 

But it only gets better — after spending the last few weeks in second spot, Melbourne DJs Nervo have finally taken out top spot on the Dance Club Songs chart with their hit, People Grinnin', featuring The Child Of Lov

The popular duo are no strangers to the top end of that particular chart, as their single Bulletproof, featuring Harrison Miya, remained in the top 15 for a number of weeks earlier this year. 

Meanwhile, Sydney electro heavyweights Empire Of The Sun have continued their hot streak in the US on the back of their newly-released third LP, Two Vines.

After blitzing through a number of lists a few weeks back, the album's lead single, High & Low, has remained strong, rising from #26 to #20 on the Dance Club Songs chart, #27 to #22 on the Rock Airplay chart and maintaining #23 on the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart.
