Sounds like summer
It’s finally starting to feel like summer, and with an onslaught of festivals just around the corner, Southbound has added another handful of buzzing acts to round out a massive bill.
A string of announcements in recent months has seen the three-day Busselton camping festival welcome some stellar talent, including Unearthed winners The Money War last week joining Hot Chip, Drapht, Catfish & The Bottlemen, Phantogram and more at Sir Stewart Bovell Park from Dec 27 — 29.
The latest announcement confirms Benson, Boston Switch, Micah, Mishtee, Olympia, POW! Negro, Verge Collection, while triple j’s Alex Dyson and Dom Alessio sign on for DJ duties.
There’s still one local to be added, with the festival’s Stagebound Competition giving unsigned artists a chance to play the event. Those eligible have until tomorrow, Nov 16, at 4pm to submit an application here.
