Hip hop trio do it again.

More Hilltop Hoods More Hilltop Hoods

Aussie hip hop troupe Hilltop Hoods have made good on midweek expectations to claim the #1 position on the ARIA Albums Chart this week with Drinking From The Sun, Walking Under The Stars Restrung, which has subsequently knocked the Molly soundtrack from top spot after a two-week reign.

The new offering marks the Adelaide trio's first remixed #1 album (The Hard Road: Restrung peaked at #8 in 2007) and their fifth straight chart-topping record, following on from The Hard Road (2006), State Of The Art (2009), Drinking From The Sun (2012) and Walking Under Stars (2014), which all peaked at #1.

Hilltop Hoods' placing pushes Molly down to #2, while Adele's 25 rounds out the top 3 yet again and Aussie pop star's Sia's This Is Acting jumps up from #8 last week to place at #4.

Other debuts this week include Jack Garratt's Phase (#9), Simple Plan's Taking One For The Team (#12), Sydney rock band Wolfmother's Victorious (#17) and The CorrsWhite Light (#18).

The Singles Chart remains relatively unchanged this week as Danish pop act Lukas Graham and Sydney producer Flume have retained the top two spots respectively with 7 Years and Never Be Like You (featuring Kai), while The Chainsmokers' track, Roses (featuring Rozes), comes in at #5 after taking out #13 last week.

Hilltop Hoods just missed out on cracking the top five with 1955 (featuring Montaigne and Tom Thum) and The 1975's Somebody Else has placed at #34.
