Buffalo, NY hardcore act Every Time I Die have been hit with tragedy on tour, with lead singer Keith Buckley rushing home from tour to tend to his wife, who was 7 months pregnant at the time, and had developed a "rare and life threatening complication".

Writing on the band's Facebook, Buckley explains he "received an urgent call that my wife Lindsay- who was at the time only 7 months pregnant- had developed a rare and life threatening complication which required immediate removal of our child in order to save both her life and Lindsay's."

He says, "…I saw sights that no man, father or husband should ever have to see. It is here that I now wait as their conditions stabilize."

He states he'll be handing over vocal duties on Every Time I Die's current tour, "enlisting the help of very close friends". He goes on to (unnecessarily) apologise for the situation — "will do all I can to make it up to you" — though a slew of fans and well-wishers have offered a wave of heartwarming support and reminders that no apologies are required in such a difficult time.
