3 More Artists Added To Amp Long-List

Three more albums have been added to the $30,000 Coopers Amp long-list.

Leaked yesterday through Twitter, The Amp confirmed that rapper Briggs (Sheplife), bluesman C.W. Stoneking ('Gon Boogaloo) and psych outfit Richard In Your Mind (Ponderosa) have each been added to the already comprehensive list.

Both Briggs and Richard In Your Mind unveiled their respective records in August, while Stoneking's album is actually officially out today.

The PPCA-funded competition is funded by the Amp (the Australian Music Prize) and the winner will be decided by the 15-person judging panel. Head to the Coopers Amp website for more details.
