Members of Panel Of Judges, Scott & Charlene's Wedding and Real Estate (and a sometimes Twerp), deliver a bedroom supergroup of lo-fi pop.

Midnight Juggernauts – Uncanny Valley (Siberia/Remote Control)

The Melbourne duo return with a slower-paced set that is hypnotic but not quite the really great record they've been promising.

Sigur Rós – Kveikur (XL/Remote Control)

There's a shift in sound for the Icelandic post-rock combo. Could it alienate fans looking for another ethereal musical expierience?

Surfer Blood – Pythons (Warner)

The latest from these neo-surf heavyweights finds them bringing their trademark artistry to this deceptively simple pop-record. The drama that has recently surrounded the band must be informing the lyrics, which often focus on suffering and past mistakes.

The Almost – Fear Inside Our Bones (Tooth & Nail/Shock)

These Christian emo-rockers spun off from Underoath and recently signed to punk heavyweight label Shock. This latest effort will be the third release from the band.
