More James Reyne More James Reyne

James Reyne today shares his brand new video for Toon Town Lullaby, premiering with The Music.

The clip, directed by Josh Owen, sees the much-loved Australian artist playing to an empty Palais Theatre.

"James was looking for a really iconic location," Owen told The Music.

"The Palais was the first venue that sprang to mind because it’s so aesthetically pleasing, also we loved the juxtaposition of filming a video with just James on guitar sitting on a huge empty stage, in a massive empty venue – exactly the opposite of what you’d expect to see at The Palais and a sign of these unusual times we find ourselves in."

Toon Town Lullaby is taken from Reyne's forthcoming 12th studio album of the same name.

This is Reyne's first studio album in eight years and is due for release on 10 July. Head here for more info.
