Live Review: Thunder & Co. ‘Apples’

Lisbon natives THUNDER & CO. are doing things their way. ‘Apples’ is their latest single, and if you were (and still are) a huge fan of Justice’s single ‘D.A.N.C.E’, you’ll definitely dig this.

They’ve dug up this whole nu-disco vibe to sit well with their dance vibes, and it’s come together in this amalgamation of horrendously infectious melodies.

‘Apples’ is one of those songs you could throw in first thing in the morning, or right before you’re going out to get the good vibes flowing.

The video translates this in an eclectic and rather contextually relevant way.

It’s been attuned with digitalised animations that show a mishmash of objects, however these are centred around a surprise display of apples throughout different portions of the video.

It’s kind of hard to explain, but you’ll understand what I’m talking about when you experience this video.

Thunder & Co. have created something really intricate here. The track gives off intense vibes, whilst the video portrays these vibes in the most disturbing and ultimately refreshing way possible.
