'It's A Demonic Art Form': PNAU's Nick Littlemore On Making Music And Tripping Balls

Live Review: WATCH: Spector ‘Chevy Thunder’

By naming themselves after one of, if not the greatest record producer in history, this punchy five-piece have huge boots to Phil… (Did you see what I did there?)

If you’re a 5-piece boy band, yeah, you’re going to get a lot of comparisons. None more than London’s own SPECTOR, who have been compared to the likes of The Killers, Ramones, Vaccines and even The Smiths.

SPECTOR focus on Fred Macpherson’s vocals, giving him room to shine over the big bombastic sound that they provide him with. Some bands just give off a certain energy that you know won’t be contained; Spector is certainly one of those bands. Florence & The Machine asked them to open up for her 2012 tour of the UK, and they are playing Coachella… enough said.

Try not to sing along to this tune – catchy! ‘Chevy thunder, Chevy, Chevy thunder!’

If you cant do time, don’t do the crime kids!
