Written over two years ago and never intended for listening it seemed that 'Tin' would never see a music video of it's own, but fate is funny sometimes and this month the haunting melodies of 'Tin' was put against captivating visuals.
NEARLY ORATORIO is well known for his slow burning tracks and 'Tin' is no exception. 'Tin' is an ethereal track full of echoing melodies and soft, ambient sounds that all comes together to create a pleasantly eerie atmosphere. The music video draws directly on this spine chilling sensation with it's unusual lighting and at home style recording.
The new (read: actually filmed in 2013) video, shot on VHS by longtime friend/moronic counterpart in Couture, Hamish Mitchell, features Nearly Oratorio playing the piece in a darkened room with every light source coming through as a spectrum rather than true light in a way that highlights the softness of the track.

It's a captivating video that complements the music in every respect and is a perfect wind down for the weekend.
