In the lead up to her highly anticipated first-ever live shows, the latest, and most mysterious, I OH YOU signee MONTGOMERY has released a beautiful Live Piano Rework of her single 'Pinata'.
With her ability to pull at even the toughest of heartstrings, the original version track featured heaving synths, beautiful melodies and melancholy vulnerability. It showed more versatility in her songwriting abilities as well, and is highlighted superbly amongst the dark synths and heavy reverb.
She also released an equally beautiful clip, poignant and sinister with its incorporation of text in the black and white visuals tying in with the lyrics. Montgomery again demonstrated her knack to cut to the core of the listener almost instantly.
Now, just after her Melbourne show sold out, she releases this new clip for 'Pinata'. A visual feast, the live piano rework shows the dark song in a different, but equally emotive light. Still not showing her face, the clip focuses on the piano and by extension, the music.

The remaining shows for the mysterious musician are selling quickly, as hype for her big reveal reaches a critical level, proving 2015 is to be her biggest year yet.
