Live Review: WATCH: Hayden James 'Permission To Love' (Official Video)

It's been released through Future Classic, remixed by Charles Murdoch & Touch Sensitive and is currently the #1 most blogged track on Hype Machine. In addition to this, Hayden James' debut single 'Permission To Love' has just seen the release to its official film clip!

If Habbo Hotel was a thing in the 80s, it would act as something like this. We follow James on his mission of love around his animated city as he searches for a significant other. After using horrible pick-up lines, coming into contact with hookers and having ladies walk away from his quest, we watch as 8-BIT Hayden fails time and time again. But of course, every story needs an ending, and in this case, a black, rectangular censored box is also required. Yeah boi.

In all seriousness though, this sensual, popping track has been paired with a compelling clip that has taken on a vintage arcade game approach. You'll honestly want to watch it right until its very end.
