Golden Vessel and Tiana Khasi released their collaborative track 'Borrowed Time' last month, and now they have released the accompanying visuals for it too!
GOLDEN VESSEL dropped his latest single 'Borrowed Time', featuring the impeccable vocals of Tiana Khasi last month, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive for the two Brisbane newcomers. 'Borrowed Time' is a sparse, dark and emotive soundscape, and now with the release of some accompanying visuals, it becomes even more intriguing.
Teaming up with Grimbleism for the clip, the result is a stunning, enchanting and mesmerising video. Shot in black and white and featuring some gorgeous shots of Khasi as well as futuristic looking, urban surroundings, the stark clip puts a strong emphasis on the track, and the forlorn meaning behind it. Interspersed with this footage are trippy cuts of waves crashing, which get gradually more intense as the song does, as well as kaleidoscopic flashes and stunning shots of Khasi.

With warped footage and visual effects, the clip suits the production style Golden Vessel has laid down for the track, with it's futuristic feel represented perfectly in a visual form. Instead of taking away from the song, the clip merely fits with it like the final missing piece of the project as a whole. It works so well, it's as if it was always meant to be made this way.
It's not every day a video clip fits so perfectly with the track, but this is definitely one of those days. If the release of 'Borrowed Time' last month wasn't enough to convince you these two are ones to watch, then this clip surely will change that.
