Russian producer BMB Spacekid teams up with New York rapper Goldlink in their second collaborative track, 'FBGM'.
Put a Russian producer and a New York rapper in a room and what do you get? FBGM. That's what you get! BMB SPACEKID and GOLDLINK, two names that you might not have heard of yet but definitely will soon, are the pair behind this new track - and what a song it is.
BMB SPACEKID's hazy beats are the perfect partner for GOLDLINK's spitfire lyrics. Laid back, rolling and effortless, SPACEKID makes future bounce look impossibly easy with his dynamic instrumental arrangements. It's rare to see a rapper and producer share centrestage, but it's SPACEKID's restrained, less-is-more approach that makes the two elements work so well together.
Things get particularly interesting about a minute and a half in, when beats get chopped up and swirled around, showcasing what BMB SPACEKID can really do. His production is incredibly strong for someone so fresh, and is very promising to say the least!
The accompanying visuals are equally as immersive, bordering on hypnotic as footage of GOLDLINK and SPACEKID doing their things is interjected with scenes of cities, distorted and over exposed.

This isn't the first time these two have joined forces, with the pair collaborating last year on the track, Playah, however it is the best they've sounded together. Where Playah was chopped up and fragmented, with a frantic urgency at times, FBGM takes a load off, choosing to float along rather than thrash against the current.
GOLDLINK especially is tipped to have a big 2015, with his relentless work ethic finally starting to pay off. Let's just hope this isn't the last track he makes with BMB SPACEKID if he does blow up!
