Live Review: Blonde ‘All Cried Out’ Ft. Alex Newell (Official Video)

Bristolian pair Blonde release their pumped-up new house hit, ‘All Cried Out’, featuring the vocals of Glee star Alex Newell.

Bristolian pair BLONDE (one half of whom also make up Internet darling turned DJ Eton Messy), have followed up their summer smash ‘I Loved You’ with an equally pumped-up new house hit, ‘All Cried Out’.

The track is an unashamed party banger. There’s no other way to describe it really. It features the vocals of Alex Newell, and Gleek’s amongst you may know him for his recurring role as transgender student Wade ‘Unique’ Adams on Fox’s musical comedy-drama, Glee. It’s a well-known combination – heavy house baseline with a set of soulful pipes over the top – but one which Blonde are doing with more gusto and energy than most.

The track is out now, and Blonde are enjoying going back to their live band roots with the release of this latest single. Both are accomplished DJs, but the boys grew up playing in bands – at their single showcase in Oslo earlier in the year, they debuted their live set up to great appraisal.

There’s a fun, trap-inspired Don Diablo remix of the track too – with its euphoric synths and piano melodies, it was really crying out for one.
