Finally, after all the chatter about the short film Scenes From The Suburbs presented by Arcade Fire and directed by Spike Jonze; it's available online for all to see! Based on Arcade Fire's album 'The Suburbs', the film is described as a “half-hour dystopian vision of a possible near future”.
