Live Review: VIDEO: Arcade Fire - Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains)

Arcade Fire are back with a new creative interactive experience for fans all over. Engage your webcam and dance along to Sprawl II.

ARCADE FIRE have a penchant for getting uber personal with their music video clips. They're not ones to just sit back and film 3 minutes of them performing the single, they take it to the next level with creative and largely original ideas. Take 'Summer Into Dust', for example. The collaboration between ARCADE FIRE and Chris Milk had everyone talking about their giant art installation. Not to mention their first collab, an interactive film clip for 'We Used To Wait', titled 'Wilderness Downtown'.

There are 2 versions of the clip for 'Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains)', both directed by Vincent Morisset. The 'traditional' version features Régine Chassagne dancing through the streets. The faceless suburbanites are slightly creepy, but we think the vintage feel and ultimate random nature make it effortlessly cool. There have been many a time where we've been listening to sweet tunes while walking down the street, just wishing we could stop and dance as blissfully as Régine in this clip.

In the clip above, ARCADE FIRE invite you to join in on the experience, and dance along with them. The interactive version can be found HERE. Turn on your webcam and you can control the images on the screen with the movement of your hands. Enjoy!
