Long awaited debut from one of Australia’s best kept secret…

put on one of the most enthralling performances I’d seen from a local
band in a very long time.
Fast forward almost 18 months
and TPATP have finally released a CD. Although it’s only 3 tracks
in length, “An Introduction” is an excellent beginning to what I
hope will be a long and productive recording career for this band.
Each of the tracks on display
on this mini EP has an epic feel to it that some bands spend a lifetime
trying to create. TPATP are clearly talented song writers but the soaring
vocals present on “An Introduction” take the band to a whole new
level.
At present, TPATP are label-less
so your best to get your hands on this CD is to hit them up at http://www.myspace.com/thepaperandthep
store. It’ll be the best eight dollars you spend.
The Paper And The Plane will be
playing their first shows outside of Queensland in support of Brand
New (USA) so make sure you check them out!
