Album Review: The McClymonts - Here's To You & I

There hasn't been a better Australian pop single emerge this year than the one that kicks off the trio's fourth record.

Title track Here's To You & I is a crossover hit that rumbles from murder ballad to festival anthem before the record settles into its themes. The McClymonts are not just sisters anymore, they're starting their own families, and this record can't help but get sentimental. Love and loss sit better in some parts (Lifelines & Superheroes) than it does in others, but this undoubtedly keeps them at the forefront of Australian country.
